To our valued Clients:
Wattco Equipment, Inc. is closely monitoring the government warnings and restrictions relating to COVID-19, as well as advocating for the welfare and safety of our employees and their families. Our mission remains the same, responding to client requests, providing customer service, technical support and product information/specification support to our valued clients. Our method of contacting and supporting clients will be adapted during the COVID-19 restrictions in the following ways:
A) Wattco sales staff will work remotely supporting our client base through telephone and on-line web-based meetings (GoToMeeting) as our primary method of contact
B) Technical support will be handled remotely using our web-based solution (from GoToAssist), which allows a Wattco team member to remotely work through a customer’s computer to solve software issues and diagnose hardware issues.
C) In-person meetings will be handled on a case by case basis, keeping within government guidelines and our employee’s health and well-being.
We are here, able and willing to help, assist and demonstrate products while adopting to the current state of emergency. Please feel free to reach out to any Wattco team member.
